Brazil – ANATEL Issues Technical Requirements for IPv6 Compliance

On July 6, 2023, ANATEL published Ato No. 7971 approving the technical requirements to evaluate compliance for IPv6 protocol in telecommunications products. This Act is effective now and becomes mandatory effective January 8, 2024.
